Sean Schroeder, Principal Consulting Forester

B.S. Natural Resources and Geography, Oregon State University

Raised on family stories of harvesting and tree planting in the Pacific Northwest, and with over 25 years experience in land management in New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, Sean brings a wealth of experience and understanding to your project.

Past projects and certifications include:

  • Hundreds of thousands of acres of forest planning and implementation, including commercial timber harvest, fuels reduction projects, and wildlife habitat restoration and improvement.

    • Forest inventory work across Southeast Alaska

    • Timber harvest unit layout and cruising throughout the PNW and Alaska

    • Road layout and construction in New Mexico, Oregon and Alaska

    • GIS mapping and cartography

  • US Forest Service Certified Silviculturist

  • Society of American Foresters Certified Forester

  • Over 15 years of prescribed fire, fuel reduction, and fire suppression.
